Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

Standard items must be unworn, unwashed, with their tags and original packaging. Ordinary sale items are eligible under these same conditions.

Personalized and Custom-Order Items

Personalized and custom-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

How to Request a Return

Email iamshehry@gmail.com with your order number before returning any item. We will provide return instructions. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include a description of the issue and photos if available.

Return Shipping and Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping for size or preference changes. Teebaba covers return shipping for incorrect or defective items. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
